Our story

Born from an observation.
Built on a conviction.

UWorkSafe.Online is a Belgian team that understood before anyone else that cybersecurity is not a technical problem — it is a human one. And that human responses to this problem look nothing like compliance manuals.

Our genesis

Two worlds that never spoke.
We built the bridge.

On one side, certified cybersecurity experts (CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001, NIS2) who know the threats, the protocols, the regulatory frameworks inside out. On the other, trainers specialised in human behaviour, active pedagogy, and attitude change — who know how adults actually learn.

These two worlds had never truly merged in the field of cybersecurity. Cyber training was either too technical to reach employees, or too superficial to create real change. UWorkSafe.Online was born to fill that gap.
